No Refunds

All layaway sales are final. No refunds will be provided for abandoned or cancelled layaway items.

Warranty Coverage

Warranties on jewelry purchased from Big Drip Jewelers are available upon request and are not automatically included with your purchase. If a warranty is agreed upon, it will cover defects in material and workmanship under specific terms provided at the time of agreement.
